Clients will be deemed to have accepted all rules by opening an account.

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to open an account. It is the client's responsability to comply with the applicable laws in their jurisdiction with regard to placing a wager.

Clients may only have one (1) account.

All transactions are recorded using Eastern Time (ET).

All deposits, wagers, and payouts are completed in US dollars.

All transactions and wagers shall be considered as taking place in, and governed by the laws of, Costa Rica.

All credit card specific transactions shall be considered as taking place in, and governed by the laws of, Malta.

All rules apply to both telephone wagering and Internet wagering except where noted. Accounts are valid for telephone wagering and Internet wagering.

Management reserves the right to close a client's account and refund balance of account without further explanation.
